To receive a quick estimate for a newer home, attain a copy of your plot plan.  Your plot plan can be found with the documents you received from your home builder when you bought your house.  If you can't find your plot plan, hand drawn plans are welcome.  Measurements must be accurate.  If your home was built recently, contact your home builder and ask for a copy of your plot plan.  Please note, your plot plan will show lot area and house area in meters and lot grade elevations.
